Nicole has a wide berth of experience as it relates to nonprofit fundraising – from supporting strategic planning and messaging, to better engaging and training your Board, to offering direct fundraising supports through prospect research, grant writing, and making the ask. She’s excited to support deserving organizations and people in accessing the resources to they need to drive impact.

Content areas of expertise include poverty alleviation and food security, K-12 education including community/charter schools, afterschool programming, and music and arts programming, college access and completion, workforce development, and working with philanthropic foundations

Assess current systems and organizational strategic plan to create and implement impactful fundraising strategy

Identify strategic individuals, corporations, and/or foundations for organization to target in support of fundraising goals

Grant Writing

Once key prospects have been identified, write compelling content and persuasive proposals, securing funds to support project-based or unrestricted organizational needs

Strategic Planning & Messaging

Leverage stakeholder input to identify key outcomes, define metrics of success, and create key messages and stories to support major fundraising campaigns

Direct Fundraising Supports

Foster relationships with new and current partners to steward leadership and major gifts from $10,000 to $12M

Workshops

Fundraising training and workshop facilitation for development or programming staff members, volunteers and community members, and/or Boards
